Before you arrive

How do I know if this weekend is right for me?

If you are carrying a live strategic, relational, or existential tension—and you are willing to explore it with coaching, entheogenic ritual, and operational rigor—then this room is built for you. Our screening process ensures every cohort remains intimate, diverse, and ready to move.

What should I bring?

Pack comfortable clothing, layers for temperature shifts, activewear for nature segments, a journal, water bottle, supplements or medications you have cleared with our medical team, and any sacred objects that help you ground. We provide bedding, towels, and nourishment from arrival through departure.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Our culinary team can support vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-aware diets. Share details during screening so the kitchen and facilitators can plan accordingly.

During the weekend

What is the group size?

We cap each weekend at twelve guests to maintain signal density, emotional safety, and facilitator presence. You will also experience breakout pods of three to four for deeper work.

Who facilitates the entheogenic sessions?

EntheoWork guardians guide sacramental sessions alongside our PowerShift® facilitators. Medical staff is on call, and your guardian-to-participant ratio is kept between 1:2 and 1:3 for the full arc.

Can I opt out of the entheogenic portion?

Yes. Participation is always optional. Many leaders join primarily for the relational intelligence lab and integration work. We design parallel tracks so you are always supported, whether you sit with the medicine or not.

Logistics & policies

Where are weekends hosted?

We convene in private venues within 90 minutes of major airports. Exact locations are shared after screening to protect privacy. Shuttles can be coordinated once travel plans are confirmed.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund minus a $500 stewardship fee for cancellations 30+ days out. Fifty percent credit for cancellations 15–29 days out. Within 14 days we offer a transferable credit toward a future cohort. Detailed terms are in the refund policy.

Do you offer scholarships or team pricing?

Yes. A limited number of scholarship seats are reserved for founders from underestimated communities. Teams or partner duos have custom pricing and integration support—mention this in your inquiry.

After the weekend

What integration support is included?

Every participant receives a 30-day integration cadence with weekly prompts, a cohort signal channel, and optional drop-in office hours. Additional 1:1 coaching and team briefings are available as add-ons.

Can I stay connected with my cohort?

Absolutely. Cohorts remain connected via our secure communication hub. Many participants schedule follow-on sprints or reunions through the alumni network.
